    Why the waves?

Question.....Why waves of these figures? I understand the initial presenting of them, but why one wave then no more of those figures? I realize they did a second wave of Superman one per case, but kids are supposed to play with them. Mego did the same figure over and over for years so kids could collect em all...H3LL its right on the cards LOL. If a kid gets interested in these during wave 3 he's outta luck on some on the others. I say reissue the older ones on a variant card like Mego did. How many of you would have rebought Superman in wave 2 if the card had been mego yellow? Even better when they finally fix the bodies as they're talking about reissue em all on a different card. Lets have a low issue RED RIDDLER per say card. And get Green Arrow on a new card out on the pegs for the little ones. We're collectors we love variants and the kids need to COLLECT EM ALL!!

rche mentioned in another thread that Hal was going to be included in the wave 3 assortment. I like your idea of a little card variation. Like the DCUC line where they include popular figures with a base instead of the build a figure part.

Card variation? No thank you, just another way to take money out of collector's pockets. Those companies can have my money, but they'll have to do more of an effort than just release the exact same figure on a different color card

I believe Doc Mego said(and correct me if I'm wrong Paul)that at some point...all the Waves would be on the Shelves at the same time.

That's the plan - although it looks like TRU can't keep enough on the pegs
to ever get that visual. Comic shops may be where we get to see it.

So, does this mean wave one is still available to retailers? It would be neat to see them all on the pegs at the same time.

The TRU in Nashville has both waves on the pegs.
