Which Neo Megos have Swivel Arm Battle Grip?

So which new Neo Megos have swivel biceps this year?

I thought EMCE was going to start doing swivel this year. And afterwards Dr Mego was going to cary the body at his shop .

I believe the Venture Bros and Flash have them.
Don't quote me on that. Have yet to buy them.

The venture figures have the same body color as the pale mattel heads, but still no swivel arms. I have only seen the swivel arms pictured on a lost prototyle and an upcoming venture prototype.
