    The Twilight Zones in B&W

When the first Twilight Zone figures were posted I thought the idea of doing them in black and white was good idea, but a little strange.

Today, I can't even imagine the figures in color.

I'm so glad it was decided to make them in B&W.

It makes me almost wish the monsters were in B&W too.

I have to agree these look great in B&W if they were in color I think they would have lost the "Just walked off your t.v. screen look"

I was against the idea because I wanted them to be compatible with Star Trek and POTA. Great aliens.

I have yet to see one in person. Who knows. i used to wonder about the black and white gimmick back when i was big into Aurora Models. Nevert tried it.

I would have been more surprised had they been done in color.

Still on the fence about buying the Devil. That episode left a definite impression on me!

Black and white was the only way to go in my opinion...it just makes the figures more real for me....color would have made them look like knock offs.

I'm loving the B&W figures, I wasn't sure at first but when the first one arrived, I was blown away by how cool it looked!

IF these were done in color would there be any way to know what colors they would be in? Are there any color stills or pictures showing these in color. Forgive me but I'm not up on my TZ history.

I can't remember ever seeing a behind the scenes color still from the Classic Series.

So if they were released on color it would just be a "guess"?

From our information, CBS doesn't have any archives of actual props, and we've never seen any color photos. So for now, we'll keep these black and white.

I think if anybody really-really wanted to pull colors out of grayscale pictures there's probably a computer program out there that could guess what the original color of something would be depending on the grayscale shade.

It would probably be the toughest distinguishing between dark blues and dark greens.
