Wow! Not much love for Two Face there. That was quite the deal.

When I stated earlier that these figures were going to eventually get blown out like the EMCE's on Amazon I never would imagined that it would be this soon.

I do sincerely hope that this is not the beginning of the end for the Mattel Retro line. That would surely suck!

I agree... fluke auctions happen. I had assumed the same as livinxxxl before but I was wrong... I just got a good deal at the time

I finally saw Wave 2 tonight. No Batman or Two-Face, but I really only wanted Aquaman and Manta. Almost made it out of the store with them, but realized $40 was way too much and put them back. Ended up with a bunch of other figures for $26.

Tough for these guys to compete in the current market for my bucks. So much good stuff out there right now. Mattel is slowly pricing me out of all the DC lines. I'm not totally out on this one yet, but once you start putting stuff back and spending the dough elsewhere, it's never a good sign.

The shoddy quality didn't help either. Both Aquamans were missing hair. Clearly rubbed off in the package. Acceptable on a 30 year old toy, paint rubs on MIB toys not so much.

Bummer. I'd buy a ton of these at $13 though.
