Misfits, GWAR, Twisted Sister, KISS, Motley Crue (Shout At The Devil era) may actually sell. A King Diamond would be awesome. We will never see them, but how hilarious would a Manowar set be?

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Alice Cooper. He seems perfect for the Mego style. Also a Ronnie James Dio would be cool, and at 8-inches it would be 1/4 scale for him.

Lots of good choices. KISS is a good one, especially for the completists out there. Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, Gwar, Dee Schneider, the Misfits.... they'd all make for good Batman villains too. And Dio would give them an excuse to bring back the Lionrock body.
