You can pre-order wave 3 through Previews at your local comic store. Comic stores can buy individual figures...you don't have to order them in cases to get a whole set. I ordered wave 3 through my Comic Shop and He basically is selling them to me for the same price that you'd pay at Toys R Us....and I'll get them earlier than Toys R Us. My Toys R Us is about 3 weeks behind with wave 2."When not too many people can see we're all the same
