Look for Toys R Us Express locations that are opening now for holiday
shopping (because Christmas is less than 4 months away) they have
wave 1 and 2 in stock.

Here's something weird... I just noticed that if you go to the TRU website and search the product for Mattel DC Retro, you can purchase the in stock Green Lantern only (for 19.99) or the out of stock entire wave 1 asst for 99.99.
Buy five get four? That's a pretty unique sales angle.

I like the idea of accessories for J'Onn, but I'd rather see something that fits better with the Silver Age tenor of the Retro Action figures released this far---maybe a Starro?

Buy five get four? That's a pretty unique sales angle.

The rest are up there, too. They are just listed inconsistently. Try searching for "World's Greatest Superheroes" instead.

Toys R Us Express in Beaverton, Oregon looked like they had 1 case of wave 2.

The young guy at the counter knew right where they were and asked me questions about them. He kept saying that he didn't think they would carry toys like that, but I never quite understood what he meant. He knew all the characters except Black-Manta.

According to toysrus.com, they seem to be skimping Philly and the Delaware Valley with TRU expresses. I've never heard of them, but it's a good idea to make extra sales.

I have been checking my TRU, and I believe that wave 2 may have came and went before I checked back.
There was 1 Aquaman. That's it, and some Sinestros and Lex Luthors, but they have been sitting there for awhile.
Will there be more figures shipped to the TRUs. Will they keep coming, or is it over after the initial shipment?

Will Wave 3 be out in the Fall? I was really hoping to have that wave before the end of the year. It seems too long in between waves if the third wave is put off til 2011.
