    Ghostbusters Peter Venkman can't stand!

I've been lucky on the heroes. Their legs have always been loose, but not as badly as some reports I've heard. Peter Venkman, however, simply sucks. I bought this for my son, and the looseness is just nuts. He can't stand, or even sit, they're so loose. This is really, really frustrating. Mattel really does need to address this, and soon.

Mattel Just Sold probably over 1,000 of these at 20 bucks a pop and another 4to10 for Shipping. Why Should They Address them ?.

Call the Mattel Customer Service number and complain. Also return the item as "broken". The only way Mattel is going to "learn" to address the problem is if people stop buying their crap.

Yes I want DC Comics figures and Ghostbusters, but I won't pay $20.00 for a figure that does not stand up either.

Sounds like to me Mattel already did "addressed" them....and shipped them to a bunch of soon to be unhappy campers. So this is how Mattel "addresses" the issue.

It still blows my mind that there is no one in charge at Mattel behind the wheel. Does anyone at any point ever check what is coming off the production line??

Stop buying them. I would have purchased these and and continued with the Dc but at this point they are just too much money for custom fodder.

Thanks suckers err um customers for your patronage!!!

You are getting less than desireable quality of figures because I did not get a raise last year.

[Mattel CEO Robert Eckert's] other compensation included $213,350 for personal use of company aircraft, $116,346 in company contributions to a deferred compensation plan, and another $34,669 to pay for other perks, including automobile expenses, financial counseling, physical exams, insurance premiums, home security and a country club membership.

Eckert, who has held the chief executive post at Mattel since 2000, did not receive preferential earnings on deferred compensation or a bonus last year.

The executive's compensation package totaled $12,208,752, compared with $7,278,178 in 2006.

We can only hope ZICA, Spectre Toys, EMCE, Castaway and BBP sell out on every single line and Mattel doesn't. Then hopefully Mattel will get it that they need good bodies to keep their lines alive

This is incredible! Very indicative of the crazy state of corporate corruption our country is in. It used to be that the CEO made 3 times the average worker's salary.

Yeah, It is pretty nuts alright. Just to think we cannot even get quality toys, but this guy can get millions in raises for doing what?

Mean while little kids are playing with poisonous leaded toys or toys that will not stand up on their own like they should. Pretty sad!

A, That really sucks man! Reading that would be enough to make one sick your right.

Corporate is definitely the way to go as you can see. You get to do next to nothing all day long and then give yourself a huge raise whenever you feel like it.

Ohh and if you happen to get fired or decide to quit for whatever reasons you still get a great compensation package that is much better than working.

Everyone needs a corporate job like that.
