I don't mind the turtleneck on Flash and I love the rest of them. Can't wait for this set to come out.

I think the Flash looks great, actually. At last a character who the Mattel body was made for!

Flash had to be submitted before we saw how Aquaman turned out.
Based on how many MEGO figures ended up with wide open necks
in production, we decided to give Flash a collar so the costume
would come up to the neck.

We'll have to see how it looks in actual production.

ALL are PERFECT except 1 nitpick for each:

Wonder Woman- Trim red above emblem- looks like a tanktop!

Cheetah- Hands should be YELLOW!

Flash- Lose turtleneck!

Captain Cold- Enlarge head!

I am excited about this wave as it brings about new figures that I want that were never made in production before until now.

I should add three figures out of four that have never been made until now. Wonder Woman was made once already. I am still liking the new look as well though.

For Flash we wanted to avoid the typical MEGO production look of a collar
half an inch from the neck, so the turtleneck keeps the costume next to
the mask.

Don't worry - we gave Hal Jordan a tight fitting turtleneck for the prototype,
but in production, it moved to his collar bone.

Flash is not only one of thee most anticiapted figures of this line, but he's probably the easiest figure to NOT screw up! That is why I'm so dissapointed with the silly turtleneck.

C'mon guys. A head, boots, emblem and red jumpsuit and Mattel screws it up. This is my first time ranting about the new line, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth.

That was me working on different ways to put together the
rough prototype bodies parts I had to work with. Poor Cheetah
was my first subject - by the time I got to Wonder Woman, I
had a better system.

We had to "frankenstein" them together - the girls will all have
the same body and it will look much closer to WW.

How come Cheetah and Wonder Woman are on different bodies? WW almost has no thighs and Cheetah has huge thighs

Flash is almost perfect,just need to loose that turtleneck. Captain Cold and Cheetah are fine as they are. I love them both. Wonder Woman needs less hair and some red cut off the top of the suit. The red should be just above the WW.

Get rid of the Flash Collar and Tiny head on Capt. Cold!...still luv 'em though.

Those are obviously the original prototypes (note Captain Cold on the Doc Mego body)and shouldnt be judged too harshly. Plus, these are quickie photo shop chops...which is probably why we see some differences in finger length and such. We've seen the SDCC versions...so we know there will be differences.

My only worry is the wobbles problem will still be prevalent in the male bodies. Hopefully, the female ones dont share that malady.
