Hey everyone. I've seen a lot of posts lately about the new Batman emblems being a sticker that falls off. I've attached a picture of mine below, and as you can see it appears to be a silkscreen type material; you can see the weave of the fabric in the emblem. It's still on the card so I can't inspect it directly, but it definitely doesn't look like something that would peel off. I was just curious if there are different types of emblems floating around out there.

Mattel Batman Emblem - Is Mine Different?

I'm hoping to see some pictures of the emblems that fell off to see if they look like a similar material. I really can't imagine this one peeling off in one piece. Now cracking into a million pieces . . . that's another story. I wouldn't dare try to remove the outfit. Mine fell off too. Shouldn't be long before someone starts selling replacement stickers.Check out my website: Megozine Covers - HomeComment

The one I had that fell off seems like a heat transfer type of thing. An 'iron on' as it were, but it does not appear to have had enough heat to seal it to the material and bite into the weave of the fabric. So it ended up like a little rubber sticker that peeled away from the suit when the jumper was removed.Comment

My emblem looks like the one in the picture now that I've heat-sealed it into place with an iron. Before, it didn't seem to show the texture of the fabric through it.Comment

The emblems are heat sealed on. Mattel is looking into why they are coming loose.
The emblem peeled off easily from the loose Batman I have but I re-attached it
with glue stick - same thing I do with all emblems.Comment
