Shatner in the Twilight Zone?

I posted a while ago about how it would be neat for Shatner to pal around in Black and White with the Twilight Zone Retro Gremlin. At the time it was pointed out that the license did not include rights to Shatner's likeness. With Twilight Zone figures being released in this new wave featuring various actor likenesses, is it more likely now that we might see Shatner? Would it require an entire new head sculpt? (ie is Shatner's Trek head sculpt proprietary to the Trek license?)
