What solution do you think they came up with to fit the wings inside the blister? How about the wings on the helmet? (if Batman's ears need to be so short).

We did this in an earlier thread, but my vote would be wings that detached. They could be one piece in extended position for flight, and pack behind the figure like a surfboard.
Removable helmet would also be awesome, and pack in easily.Comment

I think the wings can be made to fold in (like on the DC Universe version) and I'm all for a removable mask on this figure. Esthetically it makes sense to have the mask/helmet come off, rather than attempt a mold with it on. I think it would read better as a separate piece.Comment

Special Edition Boxed version. Why Card him he won't fit in a card anyway Go boxed make it a collectors item.
The Public Enemies Hawkman figure is almost Mego sized and was put in a larger Bubble to fit him in.

I'm generally not a pessimist, but I think there's not much chance of seeing Hawkman if Mattel maintains this ridiculous bubble policy. Figure + wings + helmet won't fit.
Just had a horrible thought: diecut cardboard wings. They would never stoop that low, would they?sigpicSWEAR TO ME!Comment

As a kid, the one figure I wanted more than any other, aside from RC Batman of course, was Hawkman. I loved GL and Flash but Hawkman as my favorite DC character next to Batman.
I'm almost afraid to see a Mattelego Hawkman after seeing some of the Wave 3 and 4 figures. Notably Captain Marvel who I was REALLY looking forward to.
I want them to do Hawkman badly but I'm also afraid I'll hate it.Comment

They could always use the soft spongy wings Doc molds but make them less spongy, and rubbery or hard plastic. Hell the figure is likely to look close to the custom Paul made and sold years back, but obviously slightly altered by DC and Mattel. In The " Real World " Vampires Do Not Sparkle.
