I'd like to give another thumbs up to Mattel's customer service. I bought a few of the Green Arrows during the last run, and one of them came with the beard and moustache unpainted. I emailed them and they sent another one to me no questions asked, and I didn't even have to return the defective one.

I just called and they told me I can return them for a voucher; how did others get to keep theirs and get a voucher? Oh well
