I don't think I'd like the webbed hands. It's fine the way it is.
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
Or better yet, Storm! The A-Man needs something to ride on!

Could also use the webbed hands for a cool Neptune Perkins custom of the All-Star Squadron. I'm sure they could be used for a lot of other customs as well as a custom Aquaman.

Rob Ligotti - Blue Meanie here on the boards - is the owner of the only
pair of webbed hands we have ever seen.
Since Rob is a fellow Long Islander, I could cast the hands and give
them back to him the same day - BUT it is up to him to make that
decision and I am not going to pressure him.
Id use them for a custom "MAN FROM ATLANTIS" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that it is best just to let it be. It is a MEGO legend. It should not be cloned.
I have never understood the over the top quality of the fascination with this figure's "unique feature".
Meanie has this figure...and if I've understood correctly (please correct me
if I'm wrong), aquired it loose...IMHO that means the hands could've come
from anywhere...so, regardless, it's my understanding that there was
once an advert (a drawn advert even!) with the WShark that had
Aquaman with webbed hands in it and that the combo of Meanie's figure
with the advert has caused this collector's broohaha over the "Megoness
of webbed hands on an Aquaman."
Because Tonner charges well over one hundred dollar for their dolls.
I remember seeing the first Wonder Woman, Batgirl, and Supergirl
he made in FAO Schwartz and almost fainted from sticker shock.
Sorry if I still feel essentially the same way as I did before I saw the
catalogue pictue.... the only difference to what I said before is that
it's not a drawing, it was a few distant prototype kind of shots from
a catalogue pic...which means that anything that looked
remotely "webbed" in the 70s would be easy to mistake for any other
"webbed looking" hand in modern day.
So it remains still kinda fishy (ahem!) to me.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
