It was weekly segment on "Tarzan and the Super 7" where it followed an old movie serial format. Later it was spun off into it's own series.

I'm a really big fan of it personally, it's head and shoulders above a lot of kids programming.

I recently saw an old 80's Disney After School Special called Earth Star Voyager. Anyone seen that? It was one of those cheesy yet surprisingly good movies. It had plot holes you could drive Optimus Prime through but I enjoyed it.

Custom figures will be your only hope. When you see how hard it is to get a franchise, Jason will not be the line manufacturers are going to pick for record sales.

I just looked it up and Sid Haig plus Jimmy Doohan played on it!! It would be cool to get figures of them.

I think this is a good example of how to gauge whether a property is viable for an action figure line.

If most people have to look it up to find out what it is, the answer is probably no.

JOSC was one of my favorite shows and I've been seriously thinking of doing at least a Jason and a Dragos. If I went ahead with the project, I'll be sure to post some pix.
