I noticed the other day that Amazon itself (with super-saving shipper and all that jazz) is no longer (pre?)selling them direct from Amazon... they only are listed as available through 3rd parties.
Either that, or there are multiple listings for these guys...Comment

Yes, I noticed that the retail price of 19.99 is crossed out and the only 'new' items listed are from 3rd party sellers. Also interesting to note: over at EE, the baseline cost for these in the 'set' case has gone up to over $20 per figure for wholesalers. If you order them in character specific cases (i.e. 8x supes) you can get them down to about $19 before shipping.Comment

I actually recieved an e-mail from Amazon yesterday.It stated that they were still trying to aquire the items,and it gave me three links....1 to continue searching ...2 to cancel....3 resubmit?........if I chose to do nothing the pre-order would remain until March 24, at that time if it wasn't filled it would be dropped ......I chose no action at this time......I did order and recieve all four from superhero toys .......got them on Feburary 12th, placed order on February 5th....do not khow where they are located(think I saw CA),but 1 week turn around to Delaware.Comment

Got mine from CA, Superhero Toys yesterday. 8 days by USPS. All 4 for $95 delivered. I figure with MA tax they would have cost me $85 if I bought em from TRU. For the $10 difference I figured why wait.It's not a doll it's an action figure.Comment

hope it works out better for ya Mitch. I probably have the most peculiar viewpoint (lack of patience) on ordering/shipping. You had yours ordered waaay before me.
I really hope these start showing up in volume at TRU...so we can start helping each other out faster and cheaper than some of these online stores.Comment
