I'm glad the line is being extended for 2010. I'll probably get Pike and the Salt Vampire, possibly Vina depending on what the finished figure looks like. I'm wondering which ones are going to be realeased first, and when. I'm still hoping for Riley and Commadore Decker, even though I know they're long shots.

I have the prototype for that Marta dress. Dave sent it to me, to figure out how he made it and then make it myself.

Uhura's head mold is a dead ringer of Nichelle Nichols. Its the eyes and eye makeup that are not painted accurately, (you can tell by her orange eyes)....once done,..you'll see how much it looks like her. (i did it).

Thanks for posting these. Vina is a good likeness of Susan Oliver, I'm sure the finished product will be even better. There isn't a clunker in this assortment for me.

Oh and Chad, that isn't James's sculpt up there, the Orion slave girl he did was based on Yvonne Craig from "Whom Gods Destroy" and this is the Slave Girl from "The Cage".

You guys keep disparaging Mego Uhura and while it's not a dead on likeness I think it looks enough like her not to come off as "generic". Remember Mego female likenesses got better as time went along (Waltons, Wizard Of Oz, etc) and if you look at Chapel as having come out around 1976, I think she fits in just fine.

I'm interested in the Salt Vampire and Chapel. But I might get her the generic Blonde head with "real Fake hair" from Dr Megos shop. It would be more Mego. Uhura didnt look like her doll either . .

About the salt Vampire Is she a "bendy" like the Wampa 12" Star Wars doll or the Playmates 12" mugato?
If Salt Vampire gets new hands why couldnt have the Gorn gotten them too !!!?

And I would still very much liketo see a Talos. Please Thank you.

It would be so awesome to get those two show accurate Klingons. I have my fingers and toes crossed that we do.

I'd love a Wrath of Khan Montalban figure as well.

    Among three dozen others....

Hopefully we'll see more Brady sculpts & variant body types as the line progresses....

Was Vina chosen due to licensing, or because she pairs of with Pike?

I think Vina could be a tiny bit prettier. But she is obviously a prototype judging by the green paint on her body. Other than that I think they look great. I'm going to get two Vinas so I can finally have a pretty Mego Witch.
