    Got mine today!

Wow, they look great. No defects that I can tell... just can't decide whether I'm going to rip them off the cards or not!

I have to pipe in with the rest of the crowd and say the bodies are awkward and I would have much preferred Doc Mego bodies. I think the problem is Mattel's focus that was previously mentioned... the abs. They are so intent on going for that tapered V shape that they made the waist too small and, as a result, the hips bulge out a little too much.

I know styles change, but I really don't think superheroes should look like underwear models. In the package, some of them even have that weird hunched over ab-flexing pose that makes it look like they're straining to take a crap. It reminds me a little too much of the creepy fashion cartoons on the package of Bod body spray.

Here's another small waist model incarnito,...with the weird hunched over ab-flexing pose . I never liked V-shapes in action figures.

Mine showed up yesterday. I guess I am just not so critical because they look great to me.

Oh, I'm not saying they aren't great. Just that they aren't PERFECT.

What figure is. I understood what you were saying and I'm sorry if I came off wrong, that was not my intention. It's just that I have been reading everyone's feedback and of course everyone has an opinion. You sound like me in the fact of just being happy to have the new figures. I say let Mattel make'em and I will keep buying'em.

Your new Family should remain Virgins till they are 18 .

              18 what? minutes ? hours?

Savor the desire. Sleep on it. Imagine the joy of waking up tommorow thinking its 1970s Christmas.
