Not in stock "from" AMAZON.. , it's a vendor "Game City" selling thru AMAZON.

Game City is actually the same people who are superherotoys.com, which are the same people as Xtreme-toys (located in OC, Ca).. which are the same people (loosely applied term there) that I mentioned in my earlier post as the cabal of dealers who grease palms at the LA docks to get items early. These folks are all inner-connected.

I did get an e-mail saying that the set I bought off ebay from game_city is on its way.
Now the package just has to cross the country through a blizzard.

I have never said that everyone has to love these - after 10+ years of making repros -
I know that you guys can be counted on to say what you think. I would be more
worried if there was no critique. That would mean that no one cared.

I know it is the same vendor but they are cheaper on Amazon and free shipping to boot then what they are selling on eBay.

Amazon has free shipping, not sellers who sell on Amazon. Besides Amazon states they'll get them in 4-5 weeks. This seller has standard shipping (parcel post?) for $4.99 or expedited (Priority?) for $7.48.

Yes they do. All you do is click on super saver free shipping option during checkout, not standard shipping or priority, the order has to be over $25 for it to qualify and these do.

3 of the 4 look fantastic...Lex is probably the best looking out of the 4 figures IMHO...Supes just doesn't do it for me. The sculpt is too close to the Super Friends sculpt. The suit looks fantastic...but the head...Ehhh. I will still be picking up the 4 when they come out. If the Diamond solicitation is any indication...there will not be any short packs?? With Diamond you could order any of the 4 individual...as is the case with the site in the link. If that is true...then Mattel will have a successful run with these figures. Dumbest thing ever was short packing figures in cases. It just kills it for people who just want the figures and will ACTUALLY OPEN THEM. Kudos to Mattel if that's the case.

AMAZON has free shipping, but items are NOT in stock just yet.

Game City, selling thru AMAZON, has items in stock BUT charges a base $4.99 shipping, up to $7.99. There is no super save/free shipping ordering thru AMAZON with Game City as the vendor.

*Everyone knows that many items being sold on AMAZON are not from AMAZON right?
