    I loathe exclusives.
I think it's safe to assume that Twilight Zone will be geared at older collectors (yeah, it's me), and to be honest, it gives me no pleasure having to hunt down a figure, begging fellow US collectors to help me find a figure, and/or usually paying twice the price. Or loving a series, but always missing several key figures.
"Thrill of the hunt, my butt!"
If I feel like an ice cream, I don't want to run after the truck for fifteen blocks either.
If I'm in hospital, in need of a donor heart, I don't want to hear a doctor say: "I'm sorry, but the heart you need is actually short-packed and hard to find. You'll have to try Ebay!"

We can all do without exclusives.
    Yes, we can!!!!

After all the complaining Doc Mego had to read over Green Arrow ( wasnt active on the Boards for Star Trek POTA, and Living Dead) I feel bad criticizing anything.

But on the other hand the makers read these boards so . .

    I want a toy , not a "Nerd Hummel"

That means as much as I like Telly Savalis and Burgess Merideth I want to see cool monsters, in color.

If you were 5 again would you want a black and white action figure of some old guy in a suit or a color crazy monster?

I'll reserve my final finacial say when I see teh actual produced figures ( preferably in person) but theres my feedback.

I've never actually seen the Twilight Zone. I think I saw the movie when I was a kid but I don't remember.

Also look for two more characters to be released as San Diego Comic-Con 2010 exclusives."

I have always wanted the incredible Wah Changs Zantis Misfits. I was in New Jersey and saw they made a life size one. Could'nt afford it though.

Neat that a mini EArth Astronaut was made for the Twilight Zone series.

How about the giant inflateable eyeball monster from the tiny alien invader episode?

    I know I won't get what I want, but I prefer colour.
When they make Karloff's Frankenstein monster, it's green.
Originally, the actors on set were also "in colour". The camera just couldn't show you colour yet.
When they released Doctor Who figures in B/W from the early years, I didn't buy them.

I think the TZ figures will be cool nonetheless, but I would have picked colour.

I'm very much in favour of black and white figures because that is how you would capture the flavour of the original shows. I think it would look odd to see a blue or green Gremlin for example. The one in my nostalgic memory is the black and white one on the old tv set.

Although the palatte for this Gremlin is quite subtle.

If Rod will be made pls make him in colour.
see, I don't get that, both source materials you mentioned were B/W so why wouldn't dolly representations be the same? Color Sin City really makes no sense, Frank Miller intended for the art to be that way.

    Twilight

I am not a big fan of black and white figures. They are boring, sorry to offend anyone but I own a few Twilght Zone figures that were produced in B/W. At first I was really excited about them but I became bored quickly.

I'm guessing the black & white will be tinted appropriately. You can get an idea from their Gremlin Bobblehead:

    I like the blue tint.
