Captain Cold sounds like his arch rival would be Comtrex.

Ah...I've really never read the Flash Comics...only when he appeared with other Heroes in Team-ups, like "Brave & the Bold".

But I really hate his Costume.

Despite the fact that the Parka should mark him on the Supervillain playground to have his lunch money stolen, Captain Cold has been made a very compelling character by Geoff Johns in recent years. He leads the Rogues, and is basically a working class guy who keeps getting pulled in over his head along with the other Flash Rogues.

But I think it's the Superfriends thing that most of us are responding to.

Definitely Captain Cold all the way!! I wanted a figure of him as a kid, whether it had been Mego or Super Powers. And as a fan of Challenge of the SuperFriends, I'd be willing to paint his face in that pale blue color as well.

Not to mention, the COTS Cap Cold had a VERY dark blue suit while the
comics was lighter blue.
