Ah, thanx...to clarify, the poster says "...and planning a second wave of figures." Not a reorder of Green Arrow.
I made the same conclusion/mistake when Dr. M was talking about the legs being fixed on wave 2 figures (while reviewing Green Arrow). The misunderstanding stems from the statement being made in a thread, and in conjunction with, discussing Green Arrow specifically. Easy mistake to make. Using the word/term "assortment" would ALWAYS prevent any confusion.
Joe and I certainly tell Mattel our opinions - but how many Green Arrows
they make now or in the future is their business. They may tell us about
it during a meeting on the new figures, or they may not.
Whatever we are told is in strict confidence unless we are otherwise
allowed to discuss it.

I think Paul would know if they were planning to reorder Green Arrow. Sounds though to me like GA was intended as a sort of 'test market' figure to see if demand was there. Hopefully the results will give Mattel a firm idea on how many figures to produce on the initial wave going to TRU. If they are successful, I could see Mattel reissuing GA again. Perhaps November of 2010 as a Christmas special? Anything is possible if the line stays popular.
