Question for Dr. M about Green Arrow V2 (legs fix)

Dear Dr. M.,

As I sit here looking at Ollie that arrived yesterday, and very happy with him, I'm also very, very interested in the version #2 on it's way with the fixed legs (mentioned earlier).

With that in mind I have a few questions:

(1) Is there a time frame as to WHEN these new V2 Green Arrows will be available?

(2) Will there be a way to identify these V2 figures from matty.com that will allow us who already bought V1 figures to get the "updated/fixed" version? (I'm afraid I know the answer, but I'm hoping this will be addressed by Mattel, they can call it "Shipment Two" or something clever).

(3) Can you please give us a heads-up (pics would be great too) when this V2 version is ready?

So...I would assume there's not going to be a 2nd version of Green Arrow.

You are correct sir. Wave 2 figures will have the revised thighs,
so GL and Sinestro, Supes and Lex will also want for a Thigh Master.

You are correct sir. Wave 2 figures will have the revised thighs,

I wonder if with the revised thighs, Will wave 2 figures get revised boots (They look a little clunky).

I read Doc's earlier message too, but stating "wave 2" could have applied to another shipment (2nd shipment) of assortment 1. That's where my confusion originated. Now, if he had said "Assortment 2", then it would have been PERFECTLY clear.

Well...Superman/Lex Luther, Green Lantern/Sinestro are being called Wave 1. And Mattel has announced there will be 3 Waves in 2010.
