Doesn't Green Arrow go on sale tomorrow? He's NOT on Matty!

What gives? Green Arrow is NOT listed under the DC Universe, nor in Matty's toybox, and he doesn't even show up using the search feature.

For a figure that's supposed to go on sale TOMORROW, he's pretty hard to find.

It is pretty hard to find mention of the retro action series on Matty. I was searching quite a bit yesterday.
