Will MAttycollector be the only way to get a Green Arrow?

Let me clear up a few things, because some of you seem to be fairly unfamiliar with how MattyCollector works.

1. If Green Arrow sells out in a few hours, it is possible they will make a second batch. HOWEVER, if Green Arrow doesn't sell out in a few hours or even takes a few days to sell out? He will not be re-released. MattyCollector only restocks things that have a high chance of selling out.

2. If they do decide to restock Green Arrow it could be a YEAR or more before they do. He-Man took 1 full year to re-release.

3. Shipping has gotten MUCH slower on MattyCollector. TCMHitchiker is right that they used to ship out fast... Not so much anymore. They switched over to a new company handling all the shipping and it's now MUCH slower. Ship times also depend on how much stuff they have for sale on the site. The 15th of December is their biggest on sale date yet... I would be VERY shocked if anyone gets any of this stuff before Christmas. Most sites list Ground shipping at 5-7 days. Christmas slows down all shipping. Mattel will NOT ship this the same day you buy it. Last month it took them a full week before they shipped my stuff. If you choose overnight or something like that you could end up with it, but I'm guessing standard won't get you the figures before Xmas this year.


Hate to be the guy bringing all the bad news, but I wanted folks to know the realities of MattyCollector. Very slim chance you're getting restocks of this figure or items before Christmas. TO date only MOTU stuff has ever sold out with any regularity on the site.

Right. You know damn well some wiseass will buy up a bunch of these off matty collector and jack the price up a bit and sell them on eBay. Happens all the time.

Hmmm. Interesting how the insider's club is already selling this stuff on Ebay (pre-order). Apparently someone has a guarantee of getting their order. On a side note the card does read better and I understand the reasoning better with the legal type at the bottom. Am I the only one who thinks this figure's body reads like the old Super Joes? Seems to have that feel to it.

I do Buy the MOTU Figures every Month,.. and the New DCU Figures, whenever they are offered... When that Site 1st opened.., it took me 2 to 3&1/2 weeks to get anything I paid for .., When they made the switch, and man did I notice..., takes about 6to7 days for me to get something now. I am pretty happy on shipping, and just use the regular shipping too.

When the Animated Green Lantern set came out I ordered it and assumed it would take forever to arrive and it came in a week. And I live in Canada. Usually customs can be a pain for getting stuff quickly.

It could be that the shipping warehouse is located in Seattle like Hasbro.
