Not being able to change the heads seems like a major bummer. Isn't that like 1/2 the appeal of Megos?
Oh well. I'm in for a few but I must admit to being less than impressed with the final product. Which is weird since I was so excited prior.Leave a comment:

yeah the legs look odd, perhaps a green thunderbolt is gonna come out for him to ride
everything looks sweet apart from the backing cards colour
and whats with the scoop on other sites, no exclusives for the museum then, everytime its a link to some other place

Great question!!!......And i would add to it by asking, How hard is it to remove the head of the new GA figure from it's upper torso.... in case i want to customize him.Originally posted by The PhantomWhat's different about the neck plug?
Can the heads be used on vintage or newer bodies?
P.S. Thanks for the Falcon Boots Phantom.

I just noticed that in one of those pics that the boxing glove looks like it has been turned horizontal. Is that the case and the glove spins on the shaft? If so, that means that the arrow isn't wrong, the photographer just made the mistake and I jumped the gun.Leave a comment:

I think this first exclusive release should have been a 2 pack, him and Black Canary, at least that way we could explain why he is bow legged LOL. The figure looks nice from head to waist, I am not to sure from the waist down, in additon the notches on the belt dont seem to fit and they could have made the glove arrow removeable, so it could be replaced with other arrows,In other words more arrows. IS THAT A HOLE ON HIS BUTT? WHAT GIVES WITH THAT?? What ya all think?Leave a comment:

Last Question pertaining to this New body,... Can the arms spread outward horizontally. Like this one below..........Okay, now that the cat is officially out of the bag, I can make a few comments.
The thighs are being slimmed down - new bodies should be on wave 2 figures.
The boots are PVC, not milkcap plastic (PPE) so the boots are slightly
thicker, but it's not THAT bad.
This body is different from vintage MEGO or my body (DM/EMCE) so they
are not completely interchangeable. You can switch out the arms and
legs for vintage or DM, but the head has a different neck plug.

I think the body looks nice overall. It has a sleekness to it I like. I do think the waist looks small and I would love to see swivel biceps and a buffer body for characters like Superman and Batman. I love the rest of the figure, even the boxing glove arrow! So I am 100% in for these! I just won't be using the body for customs. But I also don't think I will do any body or parts swapping.Leave a comment:

That head sculpt is really amazing. Excellent job. I like the figure overall and agree that the packaging looks better within GA sitting on the card. Sure I could nit-pick on something, but I'm just going to be happy with the direction this is going. Congrats to Doc and I can't wait to see how the finished product will look this Spring with the Wave 1 figures.Leave a comment:

I know I'm a big nerd because I got a little misty eyed looking at those pics. Thank you, Dr. Mego.Leave a comment:

For all the improvements to make him "modern" he's still behind the Castaway body? I mean seriously, no arm swivel?!Leave a comment:
