A fake mailer box ? Not likely!
Actually, that box looks very similar to the ones Matty uses to pack their DCUC exclusives in, so I'm sure it's a legit picture. I just wish we could see what the carded figure inside looks like ! -

It's the real thing.
AFI has real close ties to Mattel people (Marketing/Spokespeople, etc.), and they get advance items for review quite often.
More than likely, this is a tease for an embargo dated picture release.. with the complete figure and card being "officially" OK to show soon. I would imagine within the next few days there will be complete pics and a review over at AFI.
