Partial set find.

Found this partial set local to me. This is great to make/display the 2 figures without breaking open a full set.

Without realizing it, sometime maybe 10-15 years ago, I bought four of these sets (this Spider-Man, as well as a Daredevil, a Captain America, and a Wolverine) and managed to unknowingly 'time the market' perfectly to the point where they were kinda cheap on Amazon/ebay at the time. So I didn't hesitate to open them all, buy additional Mego-style repro bodies, and build out the 2nd figures in all these sets. They remain among my 'prized possessions,' especially the Mego-style brown uniform Wolverine. At the time I bought these, I had no idea that Mego would revive. So I thought this was my only chance to get that. (And now, in 2026, even with Mego revived for many years, I think I may still be right about that.)

Every so often over the last few years, I see these sets on eBay, and they seem to be listed now at very high prices. So you got an awesome find!

I wasnt buying when these came out. I was lucky to find them last summer still at a reasonable price. The Spider-man set cost me the most. Still missing the Punisher set. I Want to open the other sets but very hesitant since all new and sealed.

This set is a no brainer since already opened.

Happy you did get them and I envy you the courage to open the so easily... Man this collecting is sometimes hard. Would love to have these all loose.

Was super busy this week but did manage to find so loose figures.

Based on the color of the Peter Parker head and small size. Decided to go with an Action Jackso body. Peter is a Teenager and the smaller body size just made sense.

I am going to order the FTC Peter to have beside this one.

This Peter also comes with glases but does not look good with them.

You know, you might come across a set eventually. Never say never. Been finding all kind of stuff when looking in since last May.

The Petrer outfit was Bitc... to put on by the way. I added the head once the figure was dressed.
