I'm sure all of you have this figure by now and if you don't, what the heck is wrong with you? That said, POTA and Mego are still exciting a new to me in a lot of ways. So I did a full review of EMCE's repro just today. Check out the Ape Soldier!

Today we're doing something a little different. It's a vintage reproduction piece. So while this is technically a "new" toy, it's based off an old one. In the late 1970's a little company by the name of MEGO, pronounced Mee-GO, began to take the toy world by storm.
    This should read early 1970's

Nice review, I just wish I hadnt read on the Museum that the gorilla head was a bad sculpt. Now im jaded. Still. I have three. Well, two and one missing a head. Tried to do a switcharoo!
