Why wont DR.Mego answer emails ?

I emailed Dr.Mego 2 times about his online store and cataloge, I kow he is busy, I do, but come on,I would like to do buisness but he will not answer. Is everything ok on his end?
I have done buisness with him in the past, but I want some items from cataloge and from his site, so I do want to spend money.
Anyone have any ideas?

Never had any issues before,hes the best to buy from.I'm sure he's got a full plate at the moment.Be patient it'll be worth the wait.

Oh I do understand, but i see a cowl on Ebay but a "mrmego"and he has almost identical to DRMEGO, but the items there are more money than in the cataloge. I just wanna spend some money,,,,,

Doc Mego shows up here too from time to time. I'm sure he'll get back to you when he sees this.
But remember he's quite busy with EMCE and also the new WGSH. And he has a family too, so answering emails might take some time

Doc has a full plate right now, according to another post.

He's in the middle of switching manufacturers, he has a new two year old at home that is getting over a throat infection, along with a wife a daughter that also take up a lot of time, not to mention his day job.

He will answer you eventually; just give him some time.

Doc is good people, and genuinely cares about his customers.

IF he hasn't answered it's because he's swamped. Give it a bit more time. If you want to order just use the shopping cart feature. You will get your stuff!

Through expirience and trial and error I have found the answer a reason for not being able to reach Dr. Mego by email.

Dr. Mego only reads emails that he thinks are important.

You have to catch his eye with putting something in the subject line that is catchy.

Maybe put... I have a question about a payment I am sending. (that will catch his eye)

Seriously though, you really want to get his attention. Send him six or seven copies of the same email.
He will see it.....................and most likely reply.

He'll reply and it might not be a nice reply but at least he replied.

Honestly, I just figure he is busy. I quit bothering him with questions about his site because I think it seriously annoys the f*** out of him.

I underestand the shopping cart, but again, he has things in his cataloge that are not on his website so you cannot add things into the cart.Like batman and batgirls cowls,,,,

And I do understand he is busy,,,, I do,,,I really do,, and The good Doctor finally answered a snippet of the issues on hand in my mego museum account. but still didnt answewr the web/catalog issue and when is he going to update the site.
