I'd say it was a Good deal as far as a price point for an 8inch figure considering today's rising Toy Market.
Is anybody actually paying that much for them? Are they selling to anyone but old DC and GI Joe fanboys? Every time I look at the toy aisle the pegs are full of the same figures.

Tell me about it, $45 shipping, I also paid the upgrade, so they dont come in trashed. Better to buy in bulk, rather than picking them of ebay, and get them sent in envelopes.

I was going to order from Big Bad as well, but shipping is over twenty bucks to Canada, which means $30 a figure.....think I'll shop around for now.....

I would like to see these figures retail for less than $20, but Mattel sets
the suggested retail at what they think the market will bear.

Toys R Us always has the decision on the actual retail price. Big Bad
is going by the Mattel's SRP - at least on pre-orders - another seller
            may go lower.

Personally I don't like to do pre-orders. Between now and April, credit
cards can expire, buyers can change e-mails, etc. I prefer to fill orders
            as they come in.

I know around Here,.. you have figures that never last on Shelves , & then the Peg Warmers ... I dunno How many Movie figures from Joe that Actually are selling at that price,.. I have picked up some for the Boy & I ..., it seems as if Half the Marvel Universe Figures are Peg Warmers,.. or atleast Ronin, Red Ninja, Johnny Storm , Stealth Ironman & a couple of others, because thats all I ever see. Star Wars Clone Troopers Move Fast Here,.. I hunt them Every week,.. very hard to Collect, but still Easier to Collect then DCU & JLU New Figures From Mattel, as far as finding the New Product in Stores.
... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

Happily placed my pre-order with BBTS (have ordered from them many times in the past). With their "Pile of Loot" option, you can often save on shipping (combining orders).

Entertainment Earth has their pre-order up too:

                  http://www.entertainmentearth.com/pr...mber=MTR2674AA

A few bucks more than BBTS. I'm kinda surprised Newforce Rick hasn't chimed in on this thread, as I'm guessing he'll have the set for a bit cheaper.

You're right.. I missed that comment in the other thread. He said he cancelled his Mattel account two years ago. Oh well.. there'll be plenty of online options for folks going that route..

I pre-ordered Hal Jordan. The rest I'll get if I see them. The problem with Canada is not finding things. Like the DCU Classics. I remember wave 1 coming to stores and have not seen any since except in specialty stores at $30 a figure.

Boynightwing. I got the Batman from Wave 1 of the Classics and like you, have not seen any since. I soooooooooooooooo want to wait and get them from TRU as I want to snap pix of them on the shelves and I want the rush of finding them but I'm very worried we won't get them up here much like we didn't get the WalMart AT Joes. :(

The CTVT bodies were CRAP!! That's why you can get them on Ebay for pennies a piece. Give me a break.
