It really does. You can always count on Paul to clarify all things related to remego. It really clears up all the info for you.

That is very true. Anyways It seems their strength and energy is focused more on the Wrestling Merchandise and Replica Belts than anything else they ever produce. It's a shame and they had a lot of potential.

Emce / Doc is best option. If you switch the bodies on the CTVT figures like stated above you can enjoy the CTVT figures longer. Hands down Emce is the best out there !

    price - CTVT
    quality - EMCE
quantity - CTVT (number of characters and accessories)
significance -EMCE (characters that are licensed / loved)
new stuff - tie (figures of characters not offered by mego - EMCE has better ones, CTVT has more)
community - EMCE b/c of Doc's pioneering/importance in the repro world and Abrams and Mattel it strikes a chord in the small community and mattel's and diamonds role it reaches the larger community

So the edge goes to MC but I think many of us in the community are too quick to bash CTVT who did provide a TON of repro figures and accessories.

Yeah...CTVT's is a Classicexample, of what NOT to do if you're trying to revive Mego.

I think if they would have researched the market they would have found little demand for the Happy Days line.

Being a Happy Days fan I guess I have to be thankfull for the crappy figures they made. I guess.

As a diehard Happy Days fan I had to buy all of the HD line. Only thing is, because the CTVT bodies fall apart when you open them, they must be replaced with Dr. Mego bodies.

So I guess I have to combine both companies to get what I want.

well, there are always exceptions right???

The CTVT bodies are just crap..... the skeleton they put out falls apart before you even open it...the head skult is cool though. the only thing they really had going is the accessories and some of the heads, although their heads are too soft and the paint ends up coming off.

Doc Mego's stuff is all far superior to CTVT....it was a labor of love for him and it shows. The only complaint I have is the bodies are strung a little too tight so there is less posability then the Mego body...particularly with the arms at the shoulder joint

The bads for EMCE/Doc...Cracking torsos that suck the arms up inside of them. I've had 3 of them do that.
