I Think Joe has his favorites that get thier stuff sent right out and then there are the new people who wonder what's going on for months or years. that is a whole seperate group of people. welcome to that group.

I have to disagree with you there, i have never had any probs with an order and these were all before i was a member here. So i don't think he has favorites.

I also have to disagree. I don't know Joe from Adam, but he took care of my order when there was a problem, and treated me with respect even though I had blasted him out of my own impatience with not getting replies. That seems to be the nature of the beast (the beast being small online businesses run in your spare time) and while it's definitely frustrating, it just seems to be the way it goes.
I don't think anyone intentionally holds orders back or ignores e-mails. In the end, you get your stuff when you get it. And sometimes, something extra for your trouble. That has been my experience, anyway, even without being a favorite.

See I don't agree either. I have ordered probably a handful of times , and sometimes it may be slow , but I have never not gotten my orders, and usually he more than makes up for it and communicates when he has delays. I disagree on the favorites accusation. He is trying to have a business there, and doing so will only hurt, and Isolate his customers. I do buy from Megostore , and will continue to do so.

I also have never had a problem with what I order....with the exception of sometimes very loooong delays in actually getting it....but I do always get my order. Joe is a busy guy, juggling carreer, family and the side based internet business so patience is required

I understand everything you say and appreciate that somehow he makes quite a few people happy. i however placed my first order with him about 16 months ago and have recieved nothing as yet. when i email him i get i'll take care of that and then nothing still. i hope i am the exception! but if i am, i hope he will explain why to me.

What store are you talking about so I can avoid it ?
