World's Greatest SuperHeroes in Toy Fare

The latest issue of Toy Fare has photos of the World's Greatest line as well as the Superman II Movie Masters among other toys announced or introduced at Comic-Con.

It labels WGS as the coolest new line they saw at Comic-Con. I have to agree.

As always, there's better and more information on the boards, but it is cool to see photos of them in a magazine and not just online.

Yes , Please , If someone can please scan the pages? Sadly None of the bookstores around me are carrying Toyfare or Lee's Toy Review anymore. Sigh, it looks like I am actually going to have to suck it up and get subscriptions now, rather than pick up spotty issues here and there.

Somehow, I like Sinestro even more after seeing this new picture. Not sure why, but to me that pic makes him look even more Mego-y. I must buy three of them.

these look great. I just think that they should save the plastic and shouldn't make ones that have already been made. Just make one that haven't been made yet. Collectors of the orignal are most likely going to be the ones that buy these. ANd it's not like you can't get a original Superman for a any more than thirty dollars. So why even make one?

Superman is the main mego

I think Superman Batman etc are the main megos. Not everyone is a deep comics geek, many middle of the road folks enjoy the main heroes on a totally different level. Sienfield, if that is any kind of example.

Maybe because the NEW Head Sculpt is TEN TIMES BETTER...than the "Don" Sculpt. The original wasn't even designed to be Superman for Christ sake!

And I'm certainly not happy with "Molded Cowl" Batman.

Agree completely... and without any "push", I'm sure that the Batman (even with a molded cowl) will be as great as the Superman (or the Green Lantern for that matter)!
