EMCE Toys special new zombie project

My good friend and business partner - Joe Sena - is a huge fan of
zombies, which is why we made Night of the Living Dead.

One of the reason for taking a break from the rigors of production
was to scratch an itch he has been nursing ever since he first
walked into my shop - to make a zombie of his own creation!

Joe's horror business Fearwerx put out a Zombie Survival Kit
that featured a set of cards identifying the various stages of
    "post-mortal" zombieism.

Since this is our own private project, and we don't have to
keep mum about it, Joe has started a production blog to
    show all the "gory" details.

Really cool stuff Paul. I like the Blog already. The head sculpt sure has gone through it's share of trials and tribulations already that is for sure. Looking forward to seeing more.
Enjoy what you like, and let others enjoy what they like. (C) Azrak 2009

After Night of the Living Dead, I hope that EMCE continues to expand its range of zombies. I think mainly to other films of George A. Romero, but also a few other masterpieces of the genre (Sam Raimi, Lucio Fulci, and many more).

        A few good samples :
        - George A. Romero : Dawn of the Dead (1978)
        - Sam Raimi : Evil Dead (1981)
        - George A. Romero : Day of the Dead (1985)
        - Zack Snyder : Dawn of the Dead (2004)
        - George A. Romero : Land of the Dead (2005)
        - George A. Romero : Diary of the Dead (2008)

Are we going to get the other two NOTLD figures promised on the card art?

In the article in the magazine Toyfare, Paul pointed out that both figures (Karen Cooper and Barbra) would be available late 2009. Is this still maintained?

In a message of January 2009, Paul reported that the heads of Johnny and the sheriff had been modeled?

Hmm.... Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Landon, and Dodge beam down to a Planet ruled by...Apes... eventually they are forced underground during the Festival of the Night of the Living Dead only to barely escape from the irradiated Zombies underground!

Only 3 of the landing party make it back to the ship...

I think I'm going to want some Zombies myself!

Now that I've poked around a bit and posted some support... what are Spherewerx and Herowerx?

                        Inquiring minds want to know!

I can't be the only one either...

If I understand correctly, SphereWerx Micromedia is the parent company. It has different proprietary brands like EMCE Toys, FearWerx, CosmicWerx, HeroWerx, Gamebrainds.

As Doug points out, it would be nice to have more precise information : what are FearWerx, CosmicWerx, HeroWerk and Gamebrainds ?

Whaw... We see the zombie project advance a little more every day ... It's a good idea to review the proposed blob by the Doc :
