Keeper Star Trek Retro Cloth Figures at FAO Schwarz

I just called them directly to order and they honored the 4.99 price on all three figures.

And then when you click on the Andorian, the Keeper shows up for that price.

When you guys called were you able to order? I called to order and they just took my info (name and phone number) down and said they'd reserve a couple for me as customer service had to take down my credit card info.

Ok, just called them again. Was able to order 3 Scottys at 4.99 each, but they charged $10 postage.

I just finished placing my order. Woo Hoo! Lots of EMCE goodness on the way. I have been following this saga for a while now. First it was on then it was off and now on again. I just wonder how many more of these EMCE's that they have left to sell? FAO must have purchased a whole crap load of them or something. After missing out the first time around I thought that I was going to be told sorry Charlie. The worst part about that is that my name is not even Charlie. As much to my surprise my order was taken along with my debit card info. Now seeing is believing. I just have to sit back and let the order packers pack and the shippers ship.

Now if they would only put the rest of them on sale as well. I know wishful thinking on my part. That would be totally awesome though. I can always use more Sulu's and anything actually EMCE. Especially at those prices. Wow! Still kind of hard to believe. Some one pinch me already. Who would have ever thought that these would have been offered at this super low price?

Ivaniski hooked us up. I have a lot of these Emcees now. 20 I think. When the final package of 10 arrives anyway. My family keeps teasing me about "like Christmas" and such. Opening the packages is lots of fun.

If they had doen this a couple of months ago, maybe they could have kept the Macys locations stocked with better merchandise and opened. And I wouldn't be out of a job as of Saturday. Geez.

Congrats to you on your purchase and welcome to the infamous Mego Museum. I made my purchase through the Vegas store as well. I am glad to see that you took the initiative to join us and jump right in on such a great opportunity. I hope that you continue to enjoy the rest of your stay here at The Museum.

It sounds more like F-A-UHH-OHH now. I do hope that the buy out brings about a good thing. I liked FAO. It is a bummer to see them go.

I do sincerely hope that we do not help FAO's demise by cashing in on such a wonderful opportunity.

Amen. This is a good feature of the museum. Ivaniski hooked us up with the Heads Up on this one and many of us have taken advantage of it. He probably moved 50 megos at least out of FAO whether they made a mistake or not. I think I got 22 of them. Maybe 100 were bought.

                              Welcome aboard.

Thanks guys! Now I just have to haunt the mailbox until they arrive...

Talk about getting in right under the proverbial wire (ordered last night).
