EMCE Kirk's...Factory Flaw's?

Hey Guy's,

Has anybody else encountered the Black Mark's on the left side of the Neck, of Thier Captain Kirk? I bought a Whole Case for Customizing...I needed 4 Kirks! So far...I opened 3 of them, and ALL have the black Mark's on Thier Neck's that looks like "Mego-Molt"...which They're to new for that to happen(It doesn't show with His Shirt on).

I'm really bumming because...one is for My Custom Kirk Belly Shirt, and the Neck Shows. Another is for My Star Trek:TMP Kirk...and the Neck Shows.

Two of the Head's I didn't care about because They're becoming Checkov & Sulu.

Has this happened to anyone else?

If the mark is covered by the shirt, could it be something on the collar that caused it?
Alternatively, whoever put the head on the body could've had something on their hand, i've done it myself.

I tried...I just couldn't get a good Close up...it just came out blurry. Even outside.

So far then...it looks like I'm the only one who got a bad batch. I'll bet if I open the 4th one...He'll have the black mark's too.

Anybody got a Mint "MEGO" Kirk Head they wanna sell me? Or trade for a EMCE Kirk Shirt & Phaser Set?

Nope, not just you.
I opened mine and in the dead center of his neck, below his Adam's Apple, is a small dark rub. It is so low infact, that the shirt covers it up 100%.
I can't imagine the new shirt is the culprit...probably some sort of handler at the factory got grease on it or sumthin.

I too received the left leg as hollow.

My Captain Kirty has the same thing on his adam's apple and lower neck-- what looks like light rubbing of black. These are just like Megos!

My Kirk came all twisted up in the package with a poorly sewn collar. So I had to open the package to fix the problem.

Guess somebody was having a bad day at the factory...

Flaws will happen. I think overall the quality is outstanding.

The quality is indeed outstanding. I wouldn't change a thing except for maybe suggesting they crank some red shirts out for displaying away teams. I would love to see a Lt. Leslie figure added to the line...
