My wife is currently working on creating a custom Mego figure of Mara, Kang's wife from "Day of the Dove".
I am working on a more generic Mego Klingon female. Can't wait to see how good one will look

Take a DM head, scalp it, dye it a reeaaaaalllly dark shade of brown, give her HEAVY eye makeup, black-brown hair and voila, you have Mara!

The Romulan Female Commander would be a bit tougher, but not impossible.

The only thing that would give you fits are the ears, but there's a tutorial out there to give a doll pointed ears.

That was the hard part...doin'the ears...the figure looks nicer "in person" than this pic.
