Not to sound like an ******, but between Scotty's giraffe neck and red face I can't imagine anyone wanting or buying that figure --- (it's just plain god-awful) especially considering the Mego version isn't that hard or expensive to get.

You would'nt believe the number of scotties i saw (Peg warming) at my local
FAO Schwarz. To think i would've easily bought six of them if there faces were slightly lighter. Hopefully, there'll be a second issue...HOPEFULLY!!!

I thought I heard or read that McCoy was the biggest peg Warmer, Plus everytime I check my Local comic stores. Tons of McCoys .

Scotty may not be perfect, but EMCE has done an excellent job so far. I have seen so many bad figures over the years, even from big companies like Hasbro, Toybiz and Mattel, I really don't see how anyone can complain about Scotty. He's not a perfect figure, but still far from being a bad figure by any means.

If McCoy is a peg-warmer (and i've heard that too), it's probably because a lot of people just plain don't want him... not because he's a mutant.
I have an EMCE McCoy and it's great.

Scotty just looks cheap, and I bought one anyway:-) Between the shirt issues and the head he looks more like a CTVT release. It's kind of sad when you stand him with the rest of the crew. He sticks out like a sore thumb.
