Yeah, there must be something in the works. I am hoping there will be an announcement at the NY Comic Con.

Because hype is business and business is hype.
When things get too quiet, it usually means the end.
Most toy runs don't have final anouncements in advance.
They just fade away quietly.
That's what i'm guessing is happening with the EMCE Treks.

Here's to hoping your wrong.
Trek has been too succesfull for EMCE for it to just fade away. You don't start doing second runs of figures from the beging of it's run if it is just going to fade away.
We'll see in a few weeks when the big news is out.

I'd like to know more about REAL releases, not "what ifs".Yeah, check out my EMCE post about them doing the super heroes figures!
What worries me, is that, in the business world, to get orders out in time, they announce "coming soon" releases well in advance.
Just look at the Hot Toys POTA, we're talking months in advance.
The lack of new "waves" does give me concern about the future.
The fact that they're doing a re-release of Kirk gives me a feeling of "Greatest Hits" albums, when a band is quitting and releases just one more album to round off.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong.
I'm sure that the production staff could put us out of our "misery".
