If it Happens,... I think it will be very difficult to get both Properties at the same time imo... DC More so,.. Marvel Kinda Hoe's out there Properties More so ,.. so I think that will be the Easier Line to get imo.

More likely Emce's line would similiar to Toybiz's Legendary Heroes line, That would be an easier license . Marvel and DC will hold Emce's Company for ransom , almost guarnteed. Stan Lee would have done it in a heart beat , but Not the current brass at marvel. After seeing their Movies success , any and all marvel licenses will be cost prohibitive.

From Marvel, it Would be Captain America ( I hope he would be corrected with white sleves & red Gloves from Classic Plastic,.. or a Similar Design.. & Spider-Man .

Dr. Doom would be the 1st Origional Design for Marvel & Green Lantern Hal Jordan for DC . IMO.
