    Oooh, M'Ress! I loved her!

It's too bad she was only in the animated series.

Some other Trek figures to consider could be some of the animated Trek figures like Arex and MRess.
For non Trek figures my vote goes to figures of "The Herculoids".
Others could be "HR PuffNStuff" and "Johnny Quest".
    Now THAT would be cool

Wouldn't the licensing fees cost the Earth, Moon, Stars and a couple of other planetary bodies thrown in?

These are realllly lucrative enterprises we are talking about here, and they are not going to just GIVE the license away.

Especially the James Bond people; even if the last movie was a piece of dreck, they are still going to try and get as much money as possible from EMCE in order for him to get the license to the likenesses of the actors.

Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig are all very much identified by their times as Bond, and as such are money makers for the franchise.

I am probably being cynical about this, but I really don't see it happening.

It would be nice if it DID; but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting.

I think Emce needs to cautiosly build on their success, despite what characters we all would like to see. Doc has his foot in the door with Star Trek, and I think should continue to expand on that success. Even though it's only the Original Trek now, With 5 TV series and 11 movies, Trek is a line that could continue for years with plenty of room for expansion and has constant esposure with re-runs of the various series, DVD's, and now new movies on the horizon. I think James Bond is a similar license which has never been done justice in toy form, with what,21? movies and counting. Plenty of material to mine there as well.

A lot of the suggested lines "shouldn't" be made anyway... Too many of them have too limited appeal to be worth EMCE investing time/money/resources into...(That's something EMCE doesn't need... They need the widest possible audience for their product... A lot of the properties mentioned have miniscule appeal for an up and coming company... If EMCE is going to grow/succeed, they need to sell as many figures as they can, not just a few of a couple figures that would be best left to customs...)

I think its great to keep the reissue thing going.
That leaves Buck Rogers, Six Million Dollar Man,
    and more goodies.

Haven't they seen her with her head shaved? What could be scarier than that?

(That is a rhetorical question people, we all know what the answer is. And no, I am not going there.)

Let's get back to the discussion at hand.

EMCE should definitely do something that will not get him into trouble with certain companies *cough* DC, Marvel *cough*!

Also, licensing fees cost the earth, so he should do something original.

Fairy tales are a good start.

Who says that Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, etc. HAVE to look like Walt Disney's versions?

There could be two outfits for Cindy; the raggedy one, and the glamorous one, complete with tiara, glass slippers, etc.

Sleeping Beauty doesn't have to be Briar Rose (her alias in the movie), she could just be Beauty. Use the same face mold, but different hair, and different gown.

Snow White, same thing. Put her in a medieval type dress,

I always thought that if you saw one Prince Charming, you saw them all, so Doc could simply have one Prince, but three different hair/eye colors, and outfits.

it's a shame, but even her own children wouldn't be allowed to open it, except with court supervision.

    Amen my brother!

But seriously, how about Vampira from Plan Nine from Outer Space?

    That woman's face was terrifying!

How about Elvira? Although she'd need a heck of a boob job and wig.

How about Lilith, Dracula's daughter from the Marvel series?

Did anyone ever see "The Golden Voyage of Sinbad"?

Prince Koura, Kali the six armed goddess, Sinbad, Margianna, the Grand Vizier, the Cyclops/Centaur, and the Griffyn.

    Pegasus!

And speaking of monsters, how about a Kraken, a Basilisk, a Manticore, a Sphinx, and Britney Spears without her makeup?
