Star Trek and Space 1999 were big hits in our house when I was a kid. I always wanted a Maya figure so she could visit our Mego Enterprise Playset.

How about Star Wars and maybe a line of Star Wars and oh yeah, Star Wars would be sweet too!
It's far beyond time this error of fate be corrected. To have the entire cast from this epic in full 8" glory would be the stuff of many an answered dream I'm sure... INCLUDING MINE!
And if a license could ever be acquired from LucasFilm... hey, I can dream can't I?... a full line of Indie figures would kick major butt too!

Diamond isn't making the DCDirect stuff, only distributing it. Pretty sure its the same story with Marvel Select.

Doesn't Diamond Dist, who holds the Star Trek license and has partnered with Dr Mego, also have the license for DC figures thru DC Direct, and Marvel figures through Marvel Select? If they can make Batman, Superman, Spider-Man, etc 6" figures for comic shops, why not Megos too?

I'd like to see EMCE do a Gene Roddenberry exclusive using James' head sculpt (or a variation of it). That Captain Dunsal figure was so cool and only 15 heads got made. I was lucky enough to acquire one. I dressed it, carded it up and gave it to my best friend, who collects Star Trek, for Christmas. He loves it.
