Ok. Galactica figures. Original ones. I know it must have been said already but I'll vote for it too.
Anything that would be a good mix with Trek for a Landing Party/Encounter... I never watched it much/don't recall it but how about "Space:1999?" Is that on DVD?Leave a comment:

I'll have to check
I'm going to have to check out the Seeker stuff.
But speaking of Sam Raimi. I wonder if the Evil Dead Trilogy could be mined? At least an Ash maybe? Or some figures from Army of Darkness. I'm thinking they may go well as collectibles.
I had a thought on something else that might be easy/cheap to license. Lost in Space maybe? That wasn't it but if I think of it, I'll let you know.
I will have to say, Greatest American Hero may be sort of "easy" since it must have had a deal in place once. But that may not be a plus. Anything they would get at this point though is just icing on the cake, right?Leave a comment:

[QUOTE=60'schild;325576]Battlestar Galactica (70's series, not the angsty current one!)
Babylon 5 (done right this time!)
Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (main cast and many monsters!)
Lost in Space (oh the pain!)
Buck Rogers (in 8" scale this time, please!)
Logan's Run (sculpts based on TV series AND the movie!)
Farscape (oooh... lots of potential there...)
Hmmm.... must be more be that is what immediately comes to mind...[/QUOTE
ALL THESE AND SPACE 1999
Munsters
Adams Family

Besides more Classic Trek figures (Chapel, Mudd, Leslie, Neptunian, Rand, Kyle, and Salt Vampire top my list), I agree with two of 60'schild's suggestions: Babylon 5 and Farscape, with B5 as my first choice. Both still have devoted fans and great assortments of characters.
I would also kill for Mego versions of the seven Nostromo crew members from the original Alien film.Leave a comment:

COk - by way of my Peruvian friend living in Austria who's addicted to US television - I hereby make a suggestion:
Legend of the Seeker
It's a LOTR/Xena type sword and sorcery deal in it's first season on ABC exec produced by Sam Raimi. Personally I have to agree that mego type toys of this would actually kind of rock the salad bar.
l! Another Seeker fan! I have been looking for someone to make these figures. I have been hooked after the first couple of times that I seen the show. I like it. I to would like to see the characters from The Legend of The Seeker made. However, if it came down to 8" WGSH vs. The Seeker I think that I would have to go with the WGSH. I am sure that someone will eventually make the Seeker figures since the show is still relatively new. fingers crossed for The Seeker figures and The WGSH line to become a reality in the near future.
