^It's a tribute figure...or a "What if Cast-A-Way made Captain Action as the Lone Ranger and the Green Hornet". Those two characters were ones the CA boys were looking into...and I threatened Jason with his life if he didn't let me do the package artwork on those two, especially the Lone Ranger! Steve whipped these up all by his lonesome, and did a bang-up job.
