Vinyl paint for boots?

THis may have been covered, but not in a great deal of detail. I'm looking for more specifics in the brands and where to purchase. I'm needing to make some boots navy blue. What sprays are best for this material and now much? There are many auto supply stores around me, so hopefully someone can direct me to the right stuff. I'd hate to waste money experimenting.

^^ that stuff works on hard and soft plastic. Does not crack or peel or scratch. You can get it either online or from an auto parts store (O'Reilly, Autozone, Advance, etc.)

They don't make it in green for some reason

My Autozones aren’t carrying it anymore. They have their own band now but it is not as good.

I'm looking for the Dupli Color HVP-102 Tuner Blue Vinyl & Fabric spray. I can find this brand in auto parts stores (PEP Boys, Western Auto, etc.) around the island but not in that color. Of course I can find it on line but then they will not ship to Puerto Rico. I'm stuck with my latest custom... Any advices? Thanks!

Despite they state: "IMPORTANT NOTE: All spray paints must be shipped via Ground UPS (NOT 2nd Day Air); therefore, orders for spray paint will only be delivered within the 48 continental United States." Yeap! It bounced back! The order was canceled and my $$$ refunded. Gosh! It seems to be that I am never going to get the Dupli Color HVP-102 (Tuner Blue) Vinyl & Fabric Spray...

Man, I tried that too. They would not order any product that is not "listed" in their system... I really need that Dupli Color HVP-102 Tuner Blue spray... running out of options now. The constraint is that flammables are not shipped by air. I'm wondering if there is a shipping service via Naval ship I can use and which one would it be...

Hi Megospidey! Sure they do! And even the Dupli Color Vinyl & Fabric Paint Spray line. I have bought them in all available colors, except for the Tuner colors. I'm looking for the Tuner Blue HVP-102 and they are not able to order it for me because the Tuner Colors are not set up into their systems... I am able to find it on-line but then the concern is with shipping flammables over seas by plane. It would have to be shipped by naval ships...
