That is just what happened to me. It took 3 weeks for my package to arrive after I was told it was sent. The postage date on the package was dated 5 days before I received it. So they sent it out about 2 weeks after the day that they said they sent it.

I pre-ordered the Phantom EBs nine months ago. They started shipping in late April. Three and a half months later, I'm still empty-handed. I'm running out of patience. It's very frustrating.
