That's unacceptable. I realize these guys are overworked and understaffed, but surely an e-mail could be sent out acknowledging receipt of the Membership $$ with some sort of estimate as to when to expect delivery. I have heard absolutely nothing regarding the $30.50 I sent via PayPal on 4/30/09, nor has the PM I've sent been answered, yet when I read the review of the Phantom figure by Michael Crawford on his site, he seemed to indicate he got his membership materials quickly, and used them to order the Throne environment.
I feel like I have no room to complain, however, since I've only been waiting a month and others have been waiting for over 3 months.

I'm sure neither party needs me defending them. I can't knock Mr. Crawford or his reviews, they are very good and it's an asset for Cast Away Toys to get more publicity for their products. The subject at hand was about fan club membership certificates and tiki tokens.
