Toho is extremely litigious but I don't think they could do much here. The "....zilla" suffix has been used so much over the years, that I don't think they can enforce anything there. Plus this would probably be protected by laws allowing use in parody. And finally, Toho usually goes after monster items that copy Godzilla's distinctive back fins, the clever dollar signs used here instead should make it safe in that regard.

I saw this, I can't see it being a big seller, but what boggles my mind is that there's clearly a desire for a re-release of some of the others, the Abe figure in particular, so why not redo a few of those before hopping into new stuff?

I mostly asked what was going on and got a behind the scenes. The delays are caused by a change in one of the principles. I'm actually hoping to do a special figure with Mark.
