I've seen the "Butch Cavendish" type character in this Mort Alexander western line. The clothes resemble the similar AHI Adventure Man figure, but the head is noticeably larger.

I've also seen a Mort Alexander "Crazy Horse" boxed figure that uses this same head and body and shoes, but with a brown outfit with leather fringe.
